Conference Room Rental
Pauls Valley has various meeting spaces, and one of them is the Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce conference room. Our meeting room seats 37+ total or the meeting table alone seats 13. The room includes: 42-inch monitor, podium, coffeemaker, dry erase board, restroom, microwave, sink, WiFi, and a water cooler. Plenty of parking spaces are available one-half block away from the building. Dates of availability are generous, with the exceptions being 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. the third Tuesday of each month (Chamber Board meetings) and various other dates for occasional committee and team meetings.

Reservations for the meeting room are typically limited to occurring in regular business hours (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays only). Groups that reserve and use the meeting room are expected to provide any and all supplies, digital equipment, coffee and food themselves. Upon departure, the meeting space should be cleaned and look in a similar manner as when the individuals first entered the room. Any damage to the room or any items in the room will be the responsibility of the reserving party.

Member Rates

  • As a perk of membership, the meeting space is free for up to 2 hours each month
  • $25 per hour beyond that, as available

Non-Member Rates

  • $25 per hour, paid in advance
  • Cancellation policy:  100% refund for cancellation 48+ hours prior to start time; 50% refund for cancellation at least 24 hours prior to start time; 0% refund for cancellation within 24 hours of start time 
[NOTE: If reservation is paid by credit card, and if the reservation is cancelled with a refund due, the processing fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount.]
